We started in 2018. Behind that is thirty years in coaching, training, and motivational speaking, much of it beside some of the most respected experts in the field through MasteryTV — and thirty years of watching the same ceiling. An expert’s reach stops where their calendar does. So Tom and his team began building the tools and systems that could carry a method further than the person who invented it could carry it alone.

That is still the work: Awetomatic is the development company that turns your ideas into products and your expertise into influence. Small enough that Tom is in the build rather than above it, and experienced enough that the five platforms on this site went from idea to live in weeks.
