What we collect, and why.

The contact form and the Coach Blueprint intake ask for your name, email address, and details about what you are trying to change — plus, on the Blueprint form, your subject, audience, and what you have already published. We store exactly those answers.

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us stop automated submissions without keeping your actual address — it cannot be reversed back into an IP.

Two things happen when you submit a form: your submission is saved to our own database, and two emails go out — one to Tom so he can read it, one to you confirming it arrived. That is the whole flow. You are not added to a mailing list and there is no follow-up sequence.

Three service providers process data on our behalf: Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores the database, and Resend delivers the two emails. None of them use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Page views are counted by Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free measurement tool that records the page, referrer, country, and device type without building a profile of you or following you across sites.

One cookie exists on this domain: a session cookie set only when a member of the Awetomatic team signs in to the private admin area. It is never set for visitors.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation may still be useful to you or to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will, with no questions and no delay.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email hello@awetomatic.com and a person will answer.
