IANDS — one login for two systems that couldn't talk
The problem
The International Association for Near-Death Studies runs its store on WooCommerce and its membership on Neon CRM. The two couldn't share a login, no plugin existed, and members faced two sets of credentials with manual reconciliation behind the scenes.
What we built
A custom plugin that makes the CRM the source of truth while letting members update credentials on either system — one login, no manual adjustments. When the CRM retired its old interface, we upgraded the plugin without a hitch. We maintain it, and we wrote documentation so anyone at the organization can too. We also took their page loads from 8.2 seconds to 1.2.
How it turned out
Infrastructure no vendor offered, pages 6.8× faster, and independence through documentation — provided mostly free, because their mission matters to us.
